It’s taken me a long time to find a good therapist. Megan Williams has been a godsend to me. I have made huge strides in my anxiety and overall life since I’ve been with her. I don’t even recognize the person I was in the beginning of treatment. I feel she truly cares about me and does not just look at me as one of her patients but also a friend. She is so relatable which makes sessions so much more comfortable and will help you open up. She is not one of those therapists that tries to help with basic coping skills. Everything is catered to your individual needs. She understands on a different level because she has struggled with her own anxiety and actually understands! Could not live without my biweekly check ins with her. If you are looking for a therapist you can trust, look no further!
